Thank you for shopping with Stackhouse Nutrition. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, promotions, product launches, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout where available. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos so we can review the issue.
If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbours, and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
